Oooo cool! You finally finished it! Looks great I love how you did the effects, lighting, hair... just about everything!

My CC is.... the lights themselves look kinda've weird to me. I don't know, I mean, I know it's solid black background, and they are bright, but I think they should look a little more transparent as they near away from the actual light source.

They're more stylized than anything else... But since this IS technically a cartoon, I'm allowed to stylize things
Plus I was getting a little bit annoyed with those lights

sakura's hair's really pretty, clothes are nice, but i think her hair line thing should be lower, head looks kinda flat? pose is good

i think the whole picture, the person-that-looks-like-kakashi? hes the coolest :] his pose and clothes are really good. the lighting and his pose is just right. good job! :]

But because I don't actually know what his face looks like, I cheated and made him backlit
Sakura's head was originally tilted up But I guess that idea kind of died and I forgot to change the hairline... Whoopsies

Sakura's hair was really dazzling and it moves! I like that.

The smoke and effects are too cool! I can't handle those things... and the number of layers... my computer won't handle those! Hahahha!

And yes, I agree to about the lighting effects. They should be transparent.

What else... AH! I can't stop myself drooling over Sasuke (okay Crystal don't kill me!!) But I think he should lean more I mean the pose. The bass guitarist's pose it too cool! And hey, why the very dark mood from Uchiha Sasuke. I know it's because of the shadow but.. err ... SASUKE LOOK AT ME!!! XP

God, I love the light and smoke effects, I think that's what makes this picture really awesome!

I'm finding it hard to come up with any critiquing, because it really is a good quality picture.
The mike seems a little big, but I guess they can come that big >.>
The way you shaded/huglighted for multiple lightings is absolutely superb <3

There/is something bothering me about Sakura's face...but I can't put my finger on it...

Naruto's expression is kyuute ^^
And sakura's pants seem a little long from the top-crotch
